They design, recommend revisions and install quality control systems, develop and document analytical methods for establishing reliability of products and their components and conduct analysis on relative reliability with regards to cost, structure, weight, maintainability, facility of production, and availability of materials and equipment. Out teams develop, implement and monitor company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health and safety regulations and recommend corrective actions if necessary. They are responsible for policies and practices to comply with applicable government regulations and industry requirements related to product environmental compliance, the implementation and management of technical and testing standards and specifications, quality control and reliability programs governing materials, product and processes, resulting in the optimization of material and labor, as well as failure analysis, root cause, corrective action and customer communication. Daily activities: 

Internal, Dock Audit and External Rejects reports and filling of Information in PIM's in assigned areas. 
Follow up on internal rejects, follow up on the containment process and analysis of the reported failure. 
Daily follow-ups to Fast Response from External, Dock Audit and Internal, as well as QCPC Actions. 
Daily communication of Quality results in PIM 1-2 
Follow-up and support to process QCPC failure analysis, as well as Action Plan 
Follow-up on Scrap from assigned areas 
Training inspection personnel in measurement methods, documentation, blueprint reading and Q-notifications 
Daily follow-up and coordination of control level meetings in assigned areas. 
Follow-up and maintenance of system regarding PMC-SW 
Daily auditing of top LT personnel - verification of compliance with quality basics. 

Periodic activities: 

Failure analysis and PPSR development with External Rejects and Dock Audit Team 
Tracking and disposition of Materials on HOLD. 
QCPC Data Analysis with Engineering Team for Action Plan development.  
Lead Weekly Meetings with Engineering and Production Team for presentation of Quality data. 
Presentation of Fast Response of External, Dock Audit and Internal Rejects on a weekly basis. 
Calculation of Inspection Capacities of the areas by increase or decrease of Load 
Tracking of Saleable Material Reporting System in system 

Scrap Reports from Assigned Areas 
Evaluation and approval of modification of process documents. 

 

Eventual activities: 
Monthly Reports of their areas PPM's Action Plans, Top Offender 
Support to RTD Quality Projects 
Support to Implementation of TEOA Tools in their Quality Related Areas. 
Define internal goals per LT of your assigned areas based on the General Area and Plant goal.
