Basic Job Functions:Seeking a creative, forward-thinking, process-minded, effective communicator to join our team.
The Quality/QMS Coordinator responsibilities included, but are not limited to:
Support the maintenance and improvement of the quality management system, ensuring site compliance to AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction), NTS requirements, customer requirements, and other relevant standards, as required. Responsible for QMS document control, including approval workflow, release, and tracking implementation. Site Internal Auditor – schedule and perform audits and provide reports to plant leadership. Participate in internal audit of sister sites. Provides support for external and customer audits. Support the management of the corrective action system and schedule meetings to address outstanding corrective actions. Site Records Administrator - review job records for accuracy, schedule and deliver training as required to ensure site compliance with legal record retention requirements. Assist in defect tracking and evaluation process, including trend evaluation to reduce recurrences. MTR (Mill Test Report) Verification to applicable ASTM standards. Assist with reporting COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) Metrics. Coordinate annual Management Review Meeting. Document status of field service activities in ERP system.

Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years quality experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or AISC requirements. Working knowledge of ASTM specifications. ISO 9001 Internal Auditor experience. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree Internal Auditor Certification (ISO 9001 or ASQ) Experience with D365, SharePoint
