As a QMS Manager at TE Connectivity's Industrial BU, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance of our business system, within the industrial sector, while working as part of a remote team. In addition to QMS responsibilities, you will also manage Internal Audits, Control of Documents, and Reporting processes.

Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) specific to the Industrial Business Unit, ensuring compliance with relevant standards (as ISO 9001) and regulations, industry-specific standards, and cross sub verticals specifics Manage the creation, review, and approval of quality-related documents, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records tailored to the Industrial BU's needs Plan, conduct, and oversee internal system audits according to ISO 9001 to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement Develop program for self-assessment by the manufacturing locations of their manufacturing processes Generate reports on quality performance and trends specific to the Industrial BU, providing insights to management for decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Industrial BU to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) Use data analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the industrial sector Develop and deliver training programs related to the QMS specific to the Industrial BU, ensuring that employees understand and adhere to quality standards and procedures Develop skill matrixes and development journeys for the quality roles in Industrial BU Give input for IND continuous improvement strategies to support the organization’s manufacturing quality, cost reduction goals and standardization of processes What your background should look like: Engineer with university degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., engineering, quality management, industrial engineering) 5+ years experience in Quality Management and QMS implementation in the automotive or industry sector Knowledge of Quality Management System Standards as ISO 9001, IATF 16494, EN9100, or others Relevant certifications in quality management and in audits (such as VDA 6.1, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5) are a plus  Proficiency in SharePoint for QMS development, Document Control, and Internal Audit Management Good English knowledge, verbal and in writing (also for presenting)  Proficiency in reporting and analysis, knowledge in Power BI is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment Strong project management skills What can we offer: Employment contract, ultimately for an indefinite period of time Opportunity to improve qualifications, trainings Friendly system of implementation on the job and initial training Attractive incentive and social package Private medical care for the employee and family members Life insurance on preferential terms Holiday/leisure co-financing Vouchers for holidays Benefits for family members (packages, gifts for employees' children) Loans for employees on preferential terms Cash profits for recommending an employee under the referral program Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork
