The Business Systems Analyst, will be an integral member of the Sales Operations team managing QNX’s CRM platform (Salesforce). We are looking for a highly accountable individual with strong attention to detail who has strong problem-solving skills and a ‘customer first’ attitude.

In this role, you will:
Develop overall technical knowledge and understanding on QNX Sales processRespond to and resolve user issues, including the administration and troubleshooting for users from Sales, Marketing and ServicesIdentify common issues and work with the internal SF and IT Teams to resolve proactivelyManage data loads and the routing of manual workaroundsMaintain personas in Salesforce for all Sales UsersAssess and report on user support efficiency and KPIsProvide training and training documentation to usersManage the on- and offboarding of QNX usersUsing Lean Data, manage the routing of leads for the QNX business
Assist the business with advanced Salesforce reports and dashboardsDocument processes in Salesforce and look for continuous ways of improving themOwn User Acceptance Testing for Salesforce features and coordinate feedback from end usersStrive for best practices, agility and strong user adoption of best practices and change processesWhat you will need:
Experience working as a CRM Analyst with extensive knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Services and Marketing Cloud)Proven skills in Salesforce administration, functional design and best practicesProficient with MS Excel/Tableau including for data analysisGood working knowledge of Lean DataStrong organizational, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work cross functionally, across all organizations and hierarchy levels Display a ‘can do’ and customer first attitude Be able to prioritize requests and work in a dynamic environmentA high level of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to performance and learning new skillsBachelor’s Degree with a Business / IT / Quantitative focus preferredIt would be great if you have any of the following but it's not essential:
