As the Country Director for Sales, you will lead a team focused on sales and business development efforts on key OEMs an Tier 1s in the India Automotive and General Embedded market.

Responsibilities
Leading / Managing team to focus sales and business development efforts on key OEMs and Tier 1’s in the India Automotive & General Embedded industry to both, expand our existing customer base and creating new opportunities.Researching, initiating & following up, closing and otherwise managing automotive sales in this region. This will include working with our Strategic Alliances and Marketing teams to assess new trends and providing market feedback concerning future functionality/requirements to help drive the product roadmapEstablishing customer relationships, set / manage customer expectations to expand the product footprint in existing accounts and new account development,Work closely with the assigned Field Application Engineer, Application Engineers and Technical Account Managers to analyze customer requirements, deliver product and services against customer needs and manage the sales cycle through to revenue recognition.Coordinating all elements of the BTS functional departments (Product Management, Engineering Services, Legal, Finance, etc) towards penetrating key OEMs & Tier1s in order to deliver proposals / pricing, manage commitments for product or engineering services needs and ensure customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate;
Experience in selling solutions into one or more of the following use cases: IVI, Cockpit Domain Controllers, ADAS, Autonomous Driving, Fleet Management, Telematics, SW Defined Vehicles, Central compute, Security & Safety Critical Systems, Industrial Control, Robotics, Medical, 2-3 wheelers, Commercial Vehicles, and other General Embedded applicationsEstablished network of customers, suppliers and partners required to enable and scale designs for automotive and transportation marketsExperience with commercial or Open Source RTOS suppliers or System-On-Chip silicon suppliers.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Team management experience along with excellent communication & interpersonal skillsComprehensive experience in sales and account managementExperience in technology product and service sales within the embedded real-time market10+ of experience selling to the Tier 1/OEM companies in the Automotive Segment and experience in the General Embedded Market along with management experience in Sales / Business DevelopmentExperience negotiating, managing and closing major accountsMust have knowledge and experience of working routinely with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.Must be comfortable working in all sales media, including delivering presentations to customers and proposal writing.Business level English language skills are requiredThe candidate should be a team-worker with experience of working in a multi-cultural and global set-upScheduled Weekly Hours:
