Position Summary

 

Quality Plus Associates serve as the front-line representatives of our stores, creating a neighborhood-local feel and inclusive customer service experience. Associates carry out this responsibility by assisting customers, maintaining store cleanliness, managing the cash drawer and ensuring that the store image is at a “WOW” level at all times by cleaning, removing trash, organizing shelves, and other duties as assigned by the manager.

 

Responsibilities

 

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers, coworkers, and vendorsMonitor the drive-thru window, ring up sales, accept payment, and give back correct changePerform shift duties as assigned, including but not limited to: stocking and organizing shelves, removing trash as necessary, cleaning restrooms, and organizing store areaOperate a point-of-sale system (POS), cash register, scanner, and other electronics provided in order to complete job duties as accurately and efficiently as possibleApply coupons to purchases when provided and promote loyalty programObey all state and federal regulations related to the sale of age-restricted merchandiseAdhere to company policies, procedures, and core ideology

Requirements

 

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skillsBasic mathematical, reading, and writing skillsAbility to perform repetitive work accurately with a strict attention to detailMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs.Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb steps, bend, twist, reach, stoop, and squat for extended periods of time
