Position Summary

 

Quality Plus Managers are responsible for the overall operation of the Quality Plus property and ensuring each employee and customer is satisfied. Managers will supervise all employees and manage new hire processes, scheduling, daily paperwork, and inventory of the store. Managers will be responsible for monitoring the window, ringing up sales, collecting payment for purchases, and providing correct change. Managers will also be responsible for stocking the store and ensuring that the property, inside and out, is clean and organized. Additionally, the Manager will work with upper management to relay and obtain goals for company growth and profitability.

 

Responsibilities

 

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers, coworkers, and vendorsMonitor the drive-thru window, ring up sales, and give back correct changePerform shift duties as assigned by the store manager, including but not limited to, stocking and organizing shelves, removing trash as necessary, cleaning restrooms, and organizing store areaMaintaining cleanliness inside and outside of the property including sales room, bathrooms, vending areas, pumps, concrete pads, etc.Operate a point-of-sale (POS), cash register, scanner, and other electronics provided in order to complete job duties as accurately and efficiently as possibleApply coupons to purchases when provided and promote loyalty programObey all state and federal regulations related to the sale of age-restricted merchandiseAdhere to company policies, procedures, and core ideology

Requirements

 

Convenience store management experience preferredExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsBasic mathematical, reading, and writing skillsAbility to perform repetitive work accurately with a strict attention to detailMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs.Must be able to sit, stand, walk, climb steps, bend, twist, reach, stoop, and squat for extended periods of time
