JR62169 QRA Technician, Managed NAND

As a Non-Volatile Memory QRA (NVMQRA) Managed NAND (mNAND) Technician, you will be responsible for coordinating Quality and Reliability testing as well as collecting and reporting on data for failures generated during testing. You will perform initial verification of mNAND failures generated from AQL sampling, reliability testing on automatic test equipment (ATE). You will also correlate failure information to Backend test results and record test results in a database. In this role you will work with various QRA Engineering groups to receive instructions and communicate results, and will coordinate with QRA/Manufacturing teams to acquire needed test equipment.

 
 

Responsibilities and Tasks

Coordinate batching of samples and/or failures for testing/processingGather failure information/background, backend test historyCoordinate with QRA/Manufacturing teams to acquire needed test equipment.Operate specified test equipment (Mag5, Advantest, Micromate)Perform 1st level failure verificationPerform Benchtop analysis, IV analysisManage engineering requestsDetermine fail type (electrical, functional)Generate failure summary in a database - log failure mode, including IDD values, fail location via bit map, failing registers, failing pin information, FID informationPerform MAM tracking

Requirement:

Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and related courses with 3-5 years of relevant experienceCandidates with relevant experience will be considered for Senior roleGood organization and communication skillsCandidate with Failure Analysis (FA) experience/skills are highly encouraged to apply.
