Your Role The Local QSHE Manager (LQM) is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality, safety, health, and environmental (QSHE) programs at the Kuehne + Nagel distribution center in Casa Grande, AZ. This role ensures compliance with FDA regulations and standards, assures product quality, and promotes a culture of safety and compliance across all operations. Your Responsibilities Oversee site quality management systems\r\n (QMS) in compliance with internal policies and FDA regulations (e.g.,\r\n cGMP, 21 CFR).Monitor incoming, stored, and outgoing products to\r\n ensure product quality and safety is maintained.

Manage the investigation and resolution of complaints\r\n and quality events, including root cause analysis and\r\n corrective/preventive action plans (CAPA).Ensure proper documentation and traceability of\r\n products through the supply chain, maintaining robust record-keeping per\r\n FDA requirements.Author, review, and approve site quality documents\r\n including standard operating procedures, work instructions and forms.Conduct regular internal audits and self-inspections to\r\n ensure compliance.Interface with internal and external\r\n auditors as needed to represent the site and Quality function or as\r\n potential host for these interactions representing the site.Implement workplace safety policies\r\n to meet internal and OSHA standards and reduce risks related to employee\r\n injuries and facility hazards.Conduct risk assessments and safety\r\n drills to ensure preparedness for emergencies and identify areas for\r\n improvement.Deliver training to employees on quality, safety,\r\n health, and environmental (QSHE) processes, manage training records, and\r\n keep training systems up to date. Investigate safety incidents, create\r\n detailed reports, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.Ensure environmental compliance with relevant\r\n regulations, including waste management, emissions, and resource usage.Collaborate with operational and leadership teams to\r\n integrate QSHE standards into daily workflows. Your Skills and Experiences Bachelor's degree in life sciences or an equivalent\r\n combination or education and work experience3 - 5 years in a QSHE\r\n leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or\r\n FDA-regulated industriesProficiency with\r\n Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for data\r\n analysis, reporting, and presentationsExperience with\r\n electronic QMS, WMS, and Environmental Monitoring systems.
