We are now on the search of our next On Premise Quick Services Restaurants Subchannel Manager (QSR), who will recommend and settle the commercial strategy and action plans necessary to reach volumes and profits objectives for the QSR international accounts and top local QSR accounts within the allocated portfolio of customers. The role will develop and align the commercial agreements with designated accounts, will set, develop, and communicate specific On Premise projects and will be responsible for their integration into the company strategy and their full deployment. Responsibilities What you will be working on: Customer Development Leading development for allocated portfolio of customers he is responsible for; Negotiating the agreements with his customers within budget limits; Ensuring that all agreements established with the customers are properly communicated to the relevant department in order to be implemented accurately Monitoring the field execution and takes specific actions where the execution is under the agreed standards Budgeting and forecasting Building positive customer relationships an maintain constant communication; Identifying areas of opportunity in order to grow volumes and profitability; Proposing /deciding customer priorities and opportunities with appropriate funding, ensuring quality delivery of PepsiCo commercial objectives according to standards; OP business development in the allocated clients and area Develops tactical plans per client according to PepsiCo commercial policy; Responsible for reaching the annual volume and Net Revenue for the allocated clients, in line with aligned budget/ CDA limits; Maximize net revenue growth by driving profitable product mix; Periodically analyzes customers performance and address tactical actions for the identified opportunity areas; Negotiates contracts with QSR Key Account customers — existing and new customers; Identifies proper solutions for QSR customers’ specific problems (OOS, Service Level). Building internal multi-functional alignment to achieve specific objectives Communicates to the relevant sales teams specific OP objectives and offers support for reaching them; Develops an efficient execution monitoring system for the On Premise customers Efficiently collaborates with: Trade Marketing team for the development of OP dedicated programs, as well as for implementing specific programs per client; Governance department in order to secure the investments within AOP limits; Coordinates with the relevant sales teams the perfect execution of the On Premise marketing programs. Qualifications If you have these skills, we would like to meet you! Professional experience: at least 3 years experience in Sales; Minimum 1 year in National Account management OR On Premise Account Management; University degree; Advanced English level; Driving license B category without prior; Influencing and stakeholder management; Strategic thinking & negotiation skills; Analytic skills.
