The Impact You Will Have:

Through the QTS Leadership Development Program (QLDP) Tech Track, you will gain invaluable experience across four key technology rotations over the course of 9-18 months: 1.) Data Center Facilities Tech, 2.) Product Development & Delivery, 3.) Security Operations, and 4.) Tech Operations. Upon completion of the QLDP, QTS Leadership will work alongside you to identify a role in the company that aligns with your interests and skills, driving growth and innovation within QTS.

What You Will Do:

Lead process improvement initiatives and provide project management support in critical areas of QTS Technology operations.

Develop solid understanding of the data center industry, QTS product offering, and QTS operating model.

Balance assigned/directed tasks with self-identified project opportunities.

Form and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives.

Regularly present findings to various levels of QTS leadership.

Travel between corporate hubs up to 25% in Suwanee, GA; Ashburn, VA; Overland Park, KS

What You Will Need to be Successful:

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Finance, or Economics.

Four or more years of professional experience.

US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts

Nice to Have:

Advanced degree (technical Master’s degree or MBA).

Seven or more years of professional experience.

Two or more years in a supervisory role.

Experience in technology or security sectors.

Process Improvement Certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

Management consulting experience.

Geographic flexibility within two years.
