*Experience guiding quail hunts is required-please list experience on resume* Dog-guided hunting experience strongly preferred* This position requires a self-motivated, high-energy individual who can work effectively in a ranch environment in a professional manner while providing excellent customer service to a variety of clients. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

Guide quail/dove hunting trips Help train and maintain approximately 45 hunting dogs and kennel Operate equipment for general ranch maintenance and brush clearing General ranch maintenance

 Additional Requirements:

Guided quail hunting experience required (3-5 years preferred) Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (cannot be dropped off)

Important Notes: 

Drive to camp from the gate entrance can be from 5 – 15 miles one-way Longer working days during peak season (September – February); can be 7 days a week depending on hunt schedule Pre-employment drug test and background check required
