Wij zijn op zoek naar een gepassioneerde KvG Inspecteur om ons dynamische team in Terneuzen, Nederland te versterken. Als KvG Inspecteur speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de veiligheid en betrouwbaarheid van onze leidingen en drukapparatuur. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van deskundige inspecties van leidingen en drukapparatuur, waarbij je zowel de Nederlandse wetgeving als de interne Dow-vereisten volgt. Je inspecteert ook reparaties en wijzigingen aan drukapparatuur, en zorgt ervoor dat alles voldoet aan de hoogste normen van mechanische integriteit. Je werkt binnen een Keuringsdienst van Gebruikers (KvG) die is aangewezen door het Ministerie van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid en geaccrediteerd volgens NEN-EN-ISO/IEC17020. Verantwoordelijkheden + Opstellen van inspectieplannen voor periodieke herbeoordelingen van drukapparatuur en tanks + Uitvoeren van inspecties onder leiding van de senior inspecteur, waarbij je zelfstandig beslissingen neemt waar nodig + Beoordelen van reparatie- en wijzigingsplannen + Uitvoeren en beoordelen van Niet-Destructief Onderzoek (NDO) + Rapporteren van inspectieresultaten en vaststellen van eindoordelen + Evalueren van inspectieplannen en vastleggen van herbeoordelingstermijnen in SAP + Beoordelen en beschikbaar stellen van inspectiehistorie voor faalanalyses Kwalificaties + Minimaal een technisch MBO-4 diploma (bij voorkeur in werktuigbouwkunde) + Vloeiend Nederlands en een goede kennis van de Engelse taal + Bij voorkeur een IWT en/of IKT2 diploma met certificering + 5+ jaar relevante ervaring, bijvoorbeeld in lastechnologie, QA/QC en/of NDO, bij voorkeur in een (chemische) industriële omgeving Jouw Vaardigheden + Technische vaardigheden: Brede technische kennis en vaardigheden, zowel analytisch als operationeel + Interpersoonlijke vaardigheden: Goede communicatie en samenwerking met collega's + Besluitvormingsvaardigheden: Het vermogen om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen + Prioriteiten stellen: Het vermogen om prioriteiten te kunnen stellen en te volgen + Kennis van SAP: Ervaring met SAP is een pluspunt Solliciteer nu en maak deel uit van ons team!
