Der Qualitätsspezialist (m/w/d)  pflegt das implementierte und zertifizierte Qualitätsmanagementsystem des Standorts, entwickelt Qualitätsverbesserungsstrategien für die Geschäftseinheiten auf Standortebene, erstellt und veröffentlicht geeignete Qualitätsleistungskennzahlen, analysiert die Leistung und empfiehlt Verbesserungen. Die Koordination der Berichterstattung, die genaue und rechtzeitige Kommunikation der Qualitätspolitik, der Qualitätsprinzipien und der Qualitätsleistung gehören ebenso zu den Aufgaben.  Um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten, ist der Qualitätsspezialist außerdem Hauptansprechpartner und Vermittler, wenn es zu einer Eskalation von Qualitätsproblemen kommt.

AUFGABEN:

Unterstützung der Manufacturing Technology Group bei der Verantwortung des strategischen Qualitätsplans des Standorts.Übersetzung der Qualitätsanforderungen der Kunden in ausführbare PläneGewährleistung unserer Qualitätszertifizierung nach ISO 9001:2015.Reaktion auf kritische Qualitätsprobleme.Interaktion mit Kunden, Verkaufsinnen- und Außendienst, Customer Services und anderen internen Schnittstellen  um Qualitätsengagement zu demonstrieren und einzufordernDurchführung interner Audits, um QMS-Verbesserungen zu erzielen.Überprüfung und Verbesserung von Qualitätskennzahlen und -programmenVerantwortlich für die Protokollierung der Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCAR)  im ManagementsystemKommunikation mit Lieferanten und internen Partnern, um SCARs zum Abschluss zu bringenDurchführung von LieferantenauditsDurchführung jährlicher Central Warehouse AuditsÜberwachung von Kundenbeschwerden mit unserem SFDC-BeschwerdesystemNach Einarbeitung zusätzlich zum Qualitätsmanagement: Übernahme von - je nach Eignung - Verantwortung für eine Produktfamilie, Investitionsprojekte, Prozesssicherheitsaufgaben oder des Energiemanagements (ISO 50001).

QUALIFIKATIONEN: 

Bachelor-Abschluss in technischem/qualitätsbezogenem Bereich/Master-Abschluss von VorteilMindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Qualität in einer FertigungsumgebungAngewandte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit den Anforderungen des Qualitätsmanagementsystems der ISO 9001:2015Qualitätszertifizierung bevorzugt (CMQ/OE, CQE, CQA usw.)Ausgeprägtes Verständnis und hohe Disziplin für Arbeitssicherheit und UmweltschutzVerhandlungssichere Deutsch- und EnglischkenntnisseFortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von SFDC, SAP/R3 und MS OfficeSix Sigma oder vergleichbare Ausbildung von VorteilErfahrung im Energiemanagement und/oder mit ISO 50001 von Vorteil

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15, 2025, we announced that we are targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*.
