This position is central to the missionaries' role to 'Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.' The Qualitative Analyst Assistant is an entry support level individual contributor that will work together with MTC staff to answer questions about experiences in the MTC using data from interviews, surveys, and observations. They will participate in the development of research, gather qualitative data, analyze the data that has been collected and produce reports.
