Position Purpose: 

Retrieves, analyzes and displays data for compliance and quality improvement activities.

 

What you will Do: 

Uses concurrent and retrospective record review .

Works with members of medical staff to establish, update and revise criteria for collection of data.

Implements, facilitates and coordinates process improvement activities and reports.

Works to effect change.

 

Hours/Schedule:  

.55 fte, Days

 

Minimum Qualifications:  

Bachelors degree preferred

5-7 years of healthcare experience required

At least 2 years of health data collection preferred
