BAE Systems is hiring for a principal Quality Assurance Analyst to support at its Holston, Tennessee location. In this role, as a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will support a family of products and: + Ensure compliance to Product Specifications, Contractual Requirements, Data Deliverables, and QMS requirements + Perform product audits and surveillance + Coordinate / Lead product investigations and customer complaints to determine root cause, corrective actions and preventative actions + Perform data entry into government data systems + Generate all corresponding quality documents for release of product to the customer + Collaborate with internal and external customer, within product family, on continuous improvement efforts **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years related work experience, or an Associate's Degree and 8 years related work experience, or the overall equivalent. + Working knowledge in quality processes, procedures, and requirements. + Experience in chemical and/or explosives manufacturing. + Experience performing root cause analysis investigations. + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. + Highly effective communication written and verbal skills. + Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with customers. + Proven computer literacy in MS Office and industry-related software applications. + Ability to communicate information and data via presentations. **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Masters and 4 years related work experience. + One of the following: ASQ Certification as a Quality Auditor, Quality Engineer, Six Sigma Greenbelt, Six Sigma Blackbelt, company-sponsored Quality Certification, or demonstration of skills through past performance. + High proficiency in Quality tools and principles. + DoD industry experience. **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $81336 - $138271 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
