Quality Analyst – Customer Remediation Team

To be successful as Quality Analyst – Customer Remediation Team at Barclays, you should have below critical skills.

Familiarity with automated as well as manual testing techniques and strong understanding of the testing and quality assurance processes

Ability to work collaborate with Business analyst, developers, and process owners.

Ability to diagnose root cause of issues/inconsistencies affecting operational performance.

You may be assessed on key essential skills relevant to succeed in role, as well as job-specific technical skills as,

Experience in software Testing life cycle, Agile methodology.

Hands on experience on tools like Jira and ServiceNow.

Understanding of different SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) models and how testing integrates into these frameworks.

Understanding of basic programming languages (SQL, JAVA, Python) and experience of writing detailed test plans & cases basis requirements/functional specifications

This role is based out of Noida.

Purpose of the role

To implement data quality process and procedures, ensuring that data is reliable and trustworthy, then extract actionable insights from it to help the organisation improve its operation, and optimise resources. 

Accountabilities

Investigation and analysis of data issues related to quality, lineage, controls, and authoritative source identification.Execution of data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for analysis.Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing.Development and application of advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI, to solve complex business problems.Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement.
