What You’ll be Doing - The Quality Analyst is responsible for conducting regular quality reviews and calibrations of agent-seller interactions. The Quality Analyst ensures that quality standards are consistently met, feedback loops are established, and continuous improvement is a focus.

You'll report to the Operations Manager.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

Monitor seller interactions across phone and email channels to assess and measure their quality performance. Evaluate each interaction against predefined quality criteria, such as communication skills, resolution efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Provide actionable feedback and suggest coaching sessions to address performance gaps and reinforce best practices. Identify general knowledge or skill gaps in agents that are impacting performance and compliance. Highlight these gaps to Training teams for remedial action.

Compensation

The anticipated range is $24.04/hr. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
