About the role

As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing the QA strategy within your team. Your role will involve driving best practices and fostering a culture of quality, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.

 

You will assess the QA effort required for various projects and collaborate closely with leads to plan timelines in alignment with delivery goals. You will support the Delivery Lead by identifying risks and your proactive communication will ensure that potential issues are addressed promptly, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

 

Who we are looking for

This is a hands-on role that will see you developing QA requirements, conducting manual and automated testing, creating and maintaining automation scripts, and reporting defects and enhancements. You are the contact point for business stakeholders in the functional and operational QA phases so strong communication and the ability to build positive relationships in the business is critical. You will bring a pragmatic and positive approach to your work and enjoy championing the QA function throughout the wider business.

 

You'll need:

Knowledge of Oracle EBSStrong experience in test automation tools such as Cucumber and ToscaProficient in Java, can conduct code reviews and makes recommendations for improvementsCapable of automating API tests and validating the results.Understanding of tests automation framework architecture and be able to contribute to themExpertise in automation techniques such as data-driven and keyword-driven testing, along with knowledge of integrations and databasesAbility to set up, maintaining, and managing test pipelines within CI/CD tools (preferably Octopus), including configuring automated tests, monitoring pipeline performance, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth operation.Capability to lead testing activities for a squad or team, taking ownership of testing for larger and more complex initiatives
