The Ford Quality Team is responsible for driving continuous improvement efforts that enable Ford to deliver the highest quality products and services. 

In this position... 

Interface with Vehicle Operations (VO) Customers and production departments, to address quality issues, internal Quality Operating System (QOS) adherence, root cause analyses, closure of 8D’s, chargeback information, as well as coordinate part sorts and some supplier visits.  Work cross functionally and closely with integrated teams in Manufacturing, Product Development, Purchasing and Supplier Technical Assistant.
