DescriptionUnder limited supervision, collect and analyze quality related data from production activities using statistical techniques. Present/report findings to management. Participate and/or lead Company quality related projects from project development through implementation.
Assist in the development, analysis, coordination, planning and execution of Six-Sigma cost saving initiatives.Participate in and be able to lead and direct special projects. Utilize Project ManagementMethodology to gather and organize data, and manage projects.Gather, organize and maintain data from multiple business units. Analyze performancereports, analyze and report on key performance indicator trends. Provide reports tomanagement and assist in the preparation and presentation of project analysis, as required.Work closely with multiple business units to develop and deliver cost/benefit analysis,identify areas for improvement as well as assisting with the implementation ofimprovement recommendations.Update and maintain automated databases or web page environments.Perform other duties as requested.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related area (or equivalent experience) and two (2) years experience within manufacturing or heavy industry.
What We Offer You
The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $72,000-$98,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
