Growing together** Positions in this function are involved in developing and implementing efficient and effective test cases for test execution on new system enhancements. This includes understanding of QA methodology, processes and associated automated testing tools. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Develops detailed test cases for testing needs + Execute test cases/scenarios (Manual and automated) + Participates in the Daily stand up meeting and other related Scrum Agile ceremonies + Develops and manages test cases and test suites to be included in automation + Translates highly complex requirements into clear and concise testing scenarios + May direct or lead other QA team members in large scope testing efforts + Manually tests enhancements or defects for inclusion into releases + Participate in production enhancement checkout + Participates in scrum backlog grooming + Collaborates with team to provide estimates on enhancements + Identify and mitigate risks/issues related to testing + Supports offshore QA resources as necessary + Drive timely resolution of defects to meet release criteria + Support Automation efforts + Manage testing process/workflow to ensure that timelines and deliverables are met + Ensure compliance with applicable testing standards and best practices + Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so **Required Qualifications:** + Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience + Experience with Test Management Tools + Experience with Agile Scrum methodology + Experience with supporting test automation + Experience with Selenium + Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining automation test scripts + Experience with Code Management tools or code deployment + Experience with the MicroSoft tool suite + Experience with the creation of test cases/scenarios + Trouble shooting skills and the ability to analyze and resolve identified risks/issues + Ability to execute test status reports and communicate to appropriate audiences **Required Qualification:** + Experience with Jenkins _At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
