Quality Analyst - Business Elite

As a Quality Analyst, you will assess the quality of application processes within a business lending unit and determine if required functions are being performed in accordance with established policy and procedure. 

Job Responsibilities

You will review sampling of applications by multiple job families to document quality control results. Job Families include, but are not limited to, Underwriting Support Analysts, Credit Officers.  Reviews may be Regulatory in nature requiring a keen ability to identify potential deficiencies.  

You will communicate errors identified and ensure revisions are made as needed. Reviews reports to monitor and track credit quality trends. Provides coaching to improve quality.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, strong analytical, judgment skills and strong leadership skills needed Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment as well as knowledge of bank systems and loan/credit operations needed Results-oriented team player with a high level of proficiency in organizing, priority-setting, and issues management is a must

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor degree in Accounting preferred.  Manila CPA Certification and prior business credit experience preferred.   Bachelor degrees in Business, Finance, or Economics are acceptable with at least 5 years prior credit underwriting experience, 

Work Schedule: 

Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings and weekends. Specific schedule information will be provided by the Recruiter. 

 This position requires that you attend trainings as scheduled. Training hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
