QUALITY ANALYST II

- Maintain and enhance Quality Management in compliance with IATF 16949 standards.
- Implement key quality strategies to align with plant performance and metrics.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance the Business Operating System within the designated area, ensuring adherence to EMEA guidelines.
- Align with TE strategy map and Quality Policy, focusing on Extraordinary Customer Experience.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
- Support and mentor employees to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and environmental sustainability goals are met.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Hold the authority to halt Shipment and production in the event of quality issues.
- Act as the primary liaison for customer communication.
- Conduct internal process and product audits as per IATF 16949 and VDA standards.
- Collaborate on integrating specific customer requirements into internal systems and processes.
- Monitor internal and external PPM levels, conduct root cause analyses, and define corrective actions.
- Provide production support to reduce internal PPM and COPQ.
- Handle customer and intercompany complaints through TECHS and customer portals.
- Communicate with customers regarding complaints, presenting root cause analyses and corrective actions.
- Prepare 8D reports, conduct root cause analyses, define corrective actions, and verify their effectiveness.
- Prepare production documentation, including Control Plans, Quality Inspection Plans, Failure Catalogs, etc.
- Participate in New Project Implementation teams for new product development.
- Validate new production and submit PPAP documentation to customers.
- Prepare the line and documentation for customer audits.
- Present processes and systems during customer audits.
- Track action plans resulting from customer and internal audits.
- Participate in the preparation or update of Process FMEA.
- Travel to customers if required.
- Provide methodical support for Lean Implementation (LI) and production in addressing quality issues.

What your background should look like:

- Master's degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in the automotive industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance.
- Proficiency in English and French languages, facilitating effective communication.
- Strong teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively within diverse teams.
- Knowledge and adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HS&E) standards and working conditions.
- Comprehensive understanding and implementation of quality management systems such as IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3.
- Proficient in statistical and quality tools to analyze and improve processes.
- Familiarity with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) methodologies for product development and launch processes.
