What you will be doing
Key accountabilities of the role include:

Being a strong voice for Quality and Business Improvement in the business, driving compliance and improvement initiatives, using various techniques, across all teams, and ensuring compliance with all Rolls-Royce, MOD and external requirementsProviding advice and support to the Site Authorisee and site on all Quality matters, holding delegated responsibility from the Site Authorisee for all Quality Management activities on the sitePrepare and manage the site audit programme and ensure site compliance with AC17 and all MoD Quality standardsOversee and support development of all necessary operational documentation for the site to demonstrate alignment with ISO9001

Who we’re looking for

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline.ISO 9001 Lead auditor qualification preferredExperienced in strategic quality planning, document and change managementExperienced in Lean/waste elimination techniques and processesExperience in troubleshooting and/or problem resolution on a nuclear authorised site
