JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Collaborate with service engineering and customer facing teams to solicit and gage customer feedback on product quality concerns.
* Lead cross functional teams encompassing L3-L5 design controls, product support and customer facing team members through the DMAIC CPI (Continuous Product Improvement) process to introduce production and service part solutions on time and on cost.
* Engage customers, dealers, suppliers, team members, and other business units in assessing and communicating project results.
* Lead and maintain Power bi dashboards that are utilized for monitoring quality trends

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
*Associates or Bachelors Degree in Engineering Field
* 2-4 years experience required
* Quality Technical Experience required
* Project management/leadership experience with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and effectively lead teams through effectiveness, velocity, and cost tradeoff analysis to make the best business decisions and solutions for our customers.
* Data analytics experience (Power Bi, Tableau, etc.)
* Project management knowledge
* Strong Communication Skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Master"s degree (or equivalent) in an accredited Engineering or Data Analytics disciplines
* Master"s degree (or equivalent) in a Business Administration (MBA)
* Great interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
* Strong communicating skills with experience communicating to senior leaders
* Attention to details and the bigger picture with ability to drive teams to key timeline milestone decisions. * Experience with quality systems
* CPI Master or Master Black Belt Certification
* Engine Design or development experience
* Supplier relationship management experience
* Technical validation experience (DFMEA, DOE )
* Six Sigma Black Belt - DMAIC
