Come build your career with us! **Job Summary and Qualifications** This position supports the mission of HCA HealthONE Swedish in optimizing the quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of the whole person. The Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for supporting the Director of Quality in advancing the organization’s quality improvement goals and for creating and maintaining a culture of continual regulatory readiness. The Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manager will be active in patient care areas, observing practices, reviewing medical records and collaborating with management, front line staff and the medical staff when there are opportunities to improve the organization’s compliance. The Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manager will lead the Regulatory Readiness Committee, lead the organization in survey readiness activities, facilitate all accreditation and certification surveys and keep all licensure current. Supervises employees as required. CPHQ preferred or obtained within 1-2 years of hire. + Minimum bachelor's degree, Masters degree preferred, with related experience in healthcare, nursing, business, process improvement. + Minimum of five years’ experience in healthcare with minimum three years of experience and current knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards. + Must have the ability to scope and manage improvement projects including design and develop performance measures, conduct data analysis and use statistical process controls, provide education and presentations as well as policy and procedure development. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and writing with hospital, medical staff and regulatory bodies. Excellent computer skills in Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint and ACCESS.
