The Quality and VCP Cost Out Leader in Oberentfelden will lead & develop the Quality team. Propose, implement, and control the Unit Quality Policy, within the Business and Unit guidelines, with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction and reaching the Unit’s development targets. Lead variable cost productivity (VCP) and cost-out activities and build the structure and a pipeline of actions to achieve the cost out / VCP productivity targets of the unit, interacting with functions of other units and the business central team. The role is reporting to the site leader.

Requirements

Ideally Engineering degreeMinimum of 10 years experience in a leadership roleFamiliar with Industrial Quality processesSAP knowledgeStrong communication skillsHigh autonomy combined with a proactive and pragmatic approach to workFluent in German & English
