We currently have an opportunity for Quality & Zero Harm Advisor. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in ensuring safety and quality standards. Reporting to the Facilities Director, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

 

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Provide expert health, safety and management system guidance and practical support to management and staff. Facilitate development of a Downer Standard culture within the team that is focused on manager-led delivery of positive outcomes. Support delivery and implementation of the Zero Harm Strategy and ensure performance objectives / outcomes are achieved within agreed timeframes. Facilitate implementation of the Downer management system to existing operational contexts and new business opportunities. Provide expert advice, guidance and support to management and staff of the ICC contract, including service delivery partners.

 

What You’ll Bring

Formal qualifications in Quality Management Formal work health and safety qualifications Understanding of management systems and processes and equivalent standards Strong skills / experience in conduct of risk assessments and verification of site safety management plans Conduct of management system and/or environmental management system audits, within the past 2 years
