Start your new career as a Quality Associate with MAU at our client in McDonough, GA. As a Quality Associate, you will inspect, evaluate, and investigate sewing and construction issues. You will review sewing specifications for completeness, assembly order, and legibility, ensuring raw materials, finished goods, and findings perform to specifications. The Quality Associate will also conduct internal testing using lab equipment, documenting all results.

High school diploma or GED Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience in a related quality position (preferred) Industry Management System experience (a plus) Basic math skills with the ability to properly use and read tape measures Must be able to pass the Munsel Hue Color test (average or better results acceptable) Sewing experience (preferred) Bilingual (a plus) Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and walk for the majority of the shiftWhat You'll Do as a Quality Associate
Audit and inspect inbound or stocked product and customer returns (RMAs) Audit sewing room production Perform special inspections for samples Perform wash, dry, inspect, and fold tasks Utilize lab testing equipment for product evaluation Inspect fabric for acceptance (fabric swatches must be reviewed for color acceptance) Move required materials to assigned locations Manage Complaint and Lab Service Desk data Utilize computer systems such as Quality Service Desk, Lab Service Desk, Excel, and Word to perform required tasks Perform other tasks as assigned
