Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst, Configuration Analyst, or detail oriented individual in WEST DES MOINES, Iowa. As part of our team, your role will primarily revolve around ensuring the quality of our policy administration systems, specifically the LifePro system. Responsibilities: • Administer accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications • Maintain precise customer credit records and keep track of customer accounts • Ensure the quality of configuration changes made by other Analysts • Facilitate user acceptance testing for modifications in the system • Advocate for the utilization of qTest and JIRA, leveraging test automation and Mob Test Design • Conduct integration testing and AB testing to ensure system efficiency • Develop and execute automated test scripts using appropriate tools • Manage configuration using relevant management tools • Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively and promptly • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, Configuration Analyst, or a related role in QA. • Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and bug tracking. • Extensive experience in bug tracking to identify, document, and monitor defects in the system. • Demonstrated expertise in Integration Testing, ensuring smooth interaction between different components of the application. • Practical experience with AB Testing to compare different versions of a product and enhance its quality. • Solid understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm the system can support day-to-day business and user processes. • Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking and project management. • Experience in using Automated Test tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes. • Ability to write and execute Automated Test Scripts to check the functionality of the software. • Proficiency with Configuration Management Tools to effectively manage system assets, system modifications, and system building. • Proven ability to execute Automated Test Scripts, validating the functionality of the software under test.
