Description Robert Half has a brand new opening for a QA Analyst with a client here in Tampa, FL. Position is a HYBRID schedule (Must be local), 3 days in-office with 2 days WFH. This is a Contract-To-Permanent opportunity. Compensation ranging $35-40/hr depending on experience. Top Skills/Experience Looking For: + Manual QA testing + Jira (ticketing, updates, workflows) + Both Web & Mobile testing experience Responsibilities: + Manually test custom mobile and web applications for errors according to established test plans + Coordinate and assist other testers in replicating any reported bugs in apps and websites from the client or other users + Schedule and conduct routine testing when Major Operating Systems Updates are released for Android and iOS mobile devices + Works with Product Strategists to establish, modify, and maintain product test plans + Confirm that established test plans are used and results are entered, (pass or fail) + Assign tasks in Shortcut Software to rectify any issues + Help the Project Managers conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) + Explore different navigational paths within a web or mobile app by considering a variety of possible user journeys + Consult with development team to coordinate troubleshooting + Maintain the current test phones and operating systems as well as document, Identify and acquire new devices when needed + Work with Project Managers and Development to coordinate testing of applications and web sites in development Requirements + Strong experience with Manual QA testing + Proficiency with Jira (ticket assignment, updates, workflows) + Experience with both Web & Mobile testing + Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and terminology Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
