We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst who will be performing functional and automated testing for our sales and marketing systems in Salesforce. What is this role about? As Quality Assurance Analyst you will be understanding the existing system, requirements, test designing, execution. The individual will work closely with leads, test engineers, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC, executing test iterations, tracking / reporting results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution. What will you be doing? Interact with QA manager and QA/Dev teams to develop a strong understanding of the project, processes, and objectives. Perform Both functional & Automation testing of Salesforce CRM system. Design and execute test scripts to perform functional/automated testing. Performing end to end STLC and bug life cycle Document, track, and escalate issues as appropriate, using JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools We are looking for someone having: A bachelor's degree in engineering/technology 2-5 years of prior experience in quality assurance testing Proven working experience in test automation tools and frameworks, preferably Selenium with Cucumber Good programming skills in Java, OOPS concepts etc. Why work with us?
