Quality Assurance Analyst

Your Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will support the Quality Assurance agenda across our European Supply Chain. Your focus will be on internal and external manufacturers of finished products, direct material suppliers, and logistics service providers. Your key tasks will include:

Documenting quality assurance and environmental activities within the Integrated Management System.Staying informed about upcoming product changes and anticipating potential customer constraints.Analyzing and synthesizing data to validate product changes and prepare reports.Identifying recurring customer-facing issues and collaborating with technical teams to resolve them.Proposing and documenting improvements in quality and environmental management processes.Leading and supporting projects that enhance performance in quality and sustainability within the Supply Chain.Assisting the Quality Assurance team in maintaining compliance with standards such as ISO 13485, IFS HPC, ISO 9001, Kosher, and Halal requirements in collaboration with external certification bodies and authorities.

About You

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused professional with:

Education: An MSc in Applied or Natural Sciences, Quality Management, or Environmental Sciences.Language Skills: Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.Knowledge: Strong understanding of quality, safety, environmental standards, sustainability reporting, and climate change issues.Skills: Proficiency in project management and software tools, with excellent organizational abilities and a proactive approach to solving complex problems.Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.Certifications: Quality Auditor or Medical Device Auditor certifications, as well as knowledge of MDR and BPR, are advantageous.

You are adaptable, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and excel at managing changing priorities with urgency and flexibility.
