We are looking to hire a Quality Assurance Analyst II, Support Ops, to join our dynamic Technology Service Delivery team in Hyderabad. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and quality of work done by our Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Client Platform Engineers. You will need a strong understanding of data processes, analytics, and quality assurance methodologies to validate various data-related tasks and outputs in a legal services environment. This role will require the candidate to be in 6PM IST to 2AM IST.

The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop advanced Python scripts.Conduct comprehensive quality assurance on data updates, inserts, and modifications by data analysts and engineersValidate and QA complex SQL and Python scripts developed by the data teamReview and ensure the quality of data migrations, custom reports, and self-service reporting systemsVerify the accuracy and effectiveness of data visualization tools, techniques, metrics, and dashboardsConduct thorough QA on ad-hoc data requests, test scenarios, and data analysis in a production environmentValidate web form builds and electronic data collection templates, ensuring accurate mapping between form fields and database fieldsReview and verify daily tickets submitted by business units for various data-related tasksConduct audits to ensure compliance with data quality standards, metadata management, and data lineage practicesCollaborate with data analysts and engineers to resolve quality issues and improve processesContribute to the establishment and implementation of process improvementsDocument QA processes and maintain up-to-date quality assurance documentationProvide feedback on data quality management principles, including metadata, lineage, and business definitionsAssist in validating data cleansing and manipulation processes to ensure data is in the correct format

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldProficiency/Strong knowledge Python and SQL5+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a data-intensive and legal services environmentStrong understanding of data processes, analytics, and database conceptsExperience with data validation tools and techniquesFamiliarity with data visualization tools, especially Power BIKnowledge of big data technologies such as Spark and DatabricksUnderstanding of cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS)Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Strong Proficiency in PythonProficiency in SQLAdvanced data quality assurance techniquesExperience in validating ETL processes and data migrationsAbility to review and QA complex SQL queries and query optimizationQuality control processes for both data and web applicationsWeb form validation and database mapping comprehensionTechnical documentation and process improvementExceptional attention to detail and accuracyTime management and prioritization in a fast-paced environmentAdvanced Excel skills for data validationExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
