Quality Assurance Analyst II (Utility & Billing)

SUMMARY 

 As a Quality Analyst II, you will help implement and drive various quality-related initiatives (e.g. quality monitoring, quality audit feedback, quality reporting, flagging process opportunities, etc).  You will also be asked to help Operations every now and then when there is a volume surge.  This position will report to the Team Manager, Training and Quality. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily review of the FAM escalation tracker  Regular audit of transactions/alerts handled by specialists/consultants  Regular feedback conducted for audited transactions  Regular quality reports per function/group  Monthly update of internal business review file  Host regular calibration sessions per function/group minimum of once a month  Estimates for own deliverables.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES 

Extensive experience with core software applications, including web and client/server applications.  Must be able to work in front end and back end QA environment.  Proven data analysis, data verification, and problem-solving abilities and be able to work in a fast paced environment.  Must exhibit a highly organized approach to work.  Excellent written and oral communication skills.  Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.  Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and be able to work on multiple applications simultaneously.  Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.  Must have knowledge in all QA methodologies, software lifecycles, quality best practices and tools.  Must be confident with high energy and a great passion for QA.  Solid understanding of Agile development.  Professional certification or training, such as Lean Six Sigma preferred.
