Responsibilities: Oversee and conduct a variety of activities aimed at enhancing service delivery Conduct monthly reviews of Medicaid billing Perform comprehensive annual reviews of programs operations to assess adherence to established policies and procedures. Collect, analyze, monitor and track data related to program-specific outcomes Assist with developing, prepare and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures Maintain ongoing oversight of required Physician Authorizations Develop training materials and operating manuals Conduct routine and random inspections of participant charts, ensuring accuracy and compliance Assist with internal investigations and other compliance related duties Create an environment of inclusion and belonging Requirements: Bachelors degree in human services or related field preferred. At least 1-year experience in the mental health field preferred. Previous experience with quality assurance, compliance and audit/reviews. Valid and clean New York State driver license is required, out of state driver license is not accepted. Reliable transportation. Reliable phone. Must be able to work independently as well as a team.
