About you

To apply for this position you will be studying towards, a BSc Molecular Biology, Biology, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences or related field.

This role is a 12-month placement position starting in July 2025, finishing July 2026. Based at our offices in Granta Park, Cambridge. Our programme focuses on meaningful project work, professional and personal development, in addition to providing opportunities outside of your department.

About the role

Supports the organization with initial compliance and ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of conformance to established quality assurance processes and standards for company products, services and processes. Performs evaluation of internal controls, communications, risk assessments and maintenance of documentation as related to compliance with internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Identifies risk and evaluates deficiencies while working with internal departments/business units to appropriately remedy them. Facilitates internal training on quality assurance requirements, processes, and procedures.


Responsibilities include:


• Production & distribution of KPI for example, CAPA, SCAR, NCR and LMS
compliance.
• Assisting with the ongoing activities of the EMEA QMS & Compliance
team, including problem investigation & promotion of quality culture.
• Operates on own initiative by completion of individual project(s).
• Collaborate with team members and other departments on improvement
projects & compliance activities.
