Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 / hour Duties: + Conduct routine line checks including temperature, metal detector verification, weights, pouch integrity, and analytical tests (e.g., brix, pH, viscosity, water activity). + Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and chart recorders. + Record results on controlled documents accurately. + Investigate and report on non-conformances to maintain quality standards. + Collect various samples for testing. . Position Requirements: + University degree or college diploma in Science (with Concentration in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Microbiology) or Food Science. + Food industry experience considered a strong asset. + Strong ability to work independently, multitask effectively in a fast paced environment. + Strong numeracy, written and verbal communication skills.
