What you'll do:

Maximize the company growth and profitability by conducting inbound and outbound quality product audits to ensure the accuracy of orders.Audit inbound and outbound vendor shipments (Crate and Barrel, CB2, and Crate and Kids) for construction, quality, consistency, packaging and labeling.Conduct random sampling methods, document findings, and communicate with Merchandising to determine acceptable quality levels and the best course of action for resolution of issues.Communicate characteristics (versus quality issues) to the Furniture Shop, Distribution Center, and cross-dock associates and support a collaborative decision-making process for furniture determinations.Process all return-to-vendor to recoup lost dollars.Move merchandise, supplies, and/or boxes repetitively.Follow the loss prevention and security guidelines to minimize inventory shrinkage and profit loss.Promote a culture of respect and an atmosphere of teamwork in order to foster a positive working environment.Abide by the established dependability guidelines to maintain business productivity.Adhere to company safety guidelines to prevent personal injury and product and facility damage. Listen actively and effectively.Clearly communicate in both verbal and written form.Establish open and two way conversation with all associates.Maintain and enhance the self-esteem of others.Ask for and give clear and constructive feedback.
