Job Description
The Quality Assurance Investigator will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into manufacturing deviations, non-conformances, and other quality issues. This role ensures all investigations are conducted in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations, aiming to identify root causes, propose corrective actions, and prevent recurrence of problems while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough investigations into manufacturing deviations and non-conformances.Ensure all investigations comply with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations.Identify root causes of quality issues and propose corrective actions.Prevent recurrence of problems by implementing preventative measures.Maintain compliance with regulatory standards in all quality assurance activities.Document all findings and actions taken in technical reports.Collaborate with manufacturing and packaging teams to ensure quality standards are met.Handle customer complaints related to quality issues and conduct necessary investigations.Essential Skills3-5 years of experience with cGMP.3-5 years of experience in manufacturing and/or packaging.Experience in technical writing and documentation, with proficiency in Trackwise and Microsoft applications.Experience in conducting investigations and implementing Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA).Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with a 1-hour break. The role involves working with various well-known brands in the personal care industry, providing an excellent opportunity for exposure to big names in the sector. The dress code and other facility conditions comply with industry standards to ensure a professional work environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $70000.00
