**Quality Assurance Coordinator** Quality Assurance Fort Worth , TX, US Pay Rate Low: 58,000 | Pay Rate High: 60,000 + Added - 17/01/2025 Apply for Job **Great opportunity to work for a leading global medical device company as a Quality Assurance Coordinator in their distribution center.** **Quality Assurance Coordinator** **Salary** **: $58,000-$60,000** Responsible for executing tasks to uphold the effectiveness of the Quality Management System while addressing quality concerns and ensure proper evaluation and handling to maintain quality standards. Maintain compliance with Good Distribution and Manufacturing Practices. **Essential Functions & Accountabilities:** + Performs assigned daily tasks effectively, on time and in compliance with Good Distribution Practices. + Performs the incoming quality inspection process to verify that received materials meet quality standards. + Maintain the Quality Order process, ensuring accurate records, documentation, and timely release. + Conduct the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process, ensuring returned materials are inspected, + Drive continuous improvement. + Support the maintenance of the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 13485 standards and regulatory requirements. + Conduct assigned non-routine inspections on finished goods. + Performs product inspections, visual inspection cycle counts. + Maintain proper documentation control, including updates to procedures, work instructions, and records. + Identify areas for process improvements, enhance the effectiveness of the quality system and ensure product quality. + Support the monitoring of the Temperature Monitoring System. **Education and Experience:** + Must possess a high school diploma or GED. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field within the medical devices distribution, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industry. **Preferences** : + Certifications in Quality System, ISO 13485 + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, D365 ERP, + Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other regulated industries operating under FDA regulations \#INDBH \#LI-DNI: We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
