Your Role:

Act as the process owner for Deviation, CAPA, and investigation quality processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency at the site level.Monitor and issue periodic reports related to quality systems and documentation, provide training and support for site users.Act as a subject matter expert during Health Authorities inspections and audits.Lead the Trackwise system as the site lead user and manage related workflows.Analyze data quality to support quality processes, identify trends, evaluate root causes, and propose remediation tasks.Contribute to the automation of routine tasks and processes using tools like Power Apps and Power Automate.

 

Your Profile:

University degree (minimum Bachelor) in a scientific field.At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on Quality Systems management.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience with Health Authorities inspections.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a digital mindset.Exceptional analytical and advanced problem-solving skills, with knowledge of best practices in data analysis and statistical methods.Fluent in both French and English.
