Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist
Job Title: Quality Assurance Documentation SpecialistJob Description

The Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist will organize and maintain GMP, ISO, and manufacturing documents. The role involves routine desk work, filing, and retrieving documents, assisting with internal audits and QA investigations, supporting training programs for manufacturing staff, collecting and analyzing manufacturing data to identify risks, maintaining tracking systems for customer complaints, reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance, and releasing raw materials while inspecting production lines.

ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain GMP, ISO, and manufacturing documents.Perform routine desk work, including filing and retrieving documents.Assist with internal audits and QA investigations.Support training programs for manufacturing staff.Collect and analyze manufacturing data to identify risks.Maintain tracking systems for customer complaints.Review documents for accuracy and compliance.Release raw materials and inspect production lines.
Essential Skills1-2 years of QA experience, preferably in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry.Strong experience in documentation within a related industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.Experience in managing and organizing documents.Familiarity with GMPs is highly desirable.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a nutraceutical or similar manufacturing environment.
Work Environment

The role is based in a nutraceutical manufacturing company, offering a full-time on-site position with hours from Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm. The work setting is an office environment where the specialist will collaborate with one other Document Clerk and two QA Inspectors. Eligible employees receive 40 hours of CA sick pay after 90 days of employment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jurupa Valley, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
