Collaborating within our squads; QA Engineer develops automation scripts and implement testing in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to design, develop and testing solutions.

Manual testing on as need basis but primarily handle automation testing on a day-to-day basis.

Objective is to improve the software development process by identifying defects early and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Create and implement automated tests from scratch, analyze results, report defects, progress and status, and maintain records of history of testing.

Work with software developers, product managers and other partners from a very early stage of product development to understand requirements, foresee issues and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Contribute and show proactive initiatives to improve existing test processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and throughput.

Build and maintain detailed test scripts, test cases, test plans and test reports.

Provide mentorship and support to junior testers and seamlessly share knowledge with other teams to avoid duplication of work.

Skills and Experience:

Additional preference/experience such as ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server.

Test automation development : Expertise in Selenium testNG framework, Java, API testing, Database testing knowledge, UI automation.

Experience in tools : Eclipse, Postman, SOAP, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins.

Salary range is expected to be between

$75,880.00 CAD - $140,920.00 CAD
