Job Description
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will ensure that all built assemblies meet customer expectations, manage quality system requirements, support internal quality audits, and handle new product development and failure investigations. Your role will involve determining the root cause of product defects and implementing corrective actions, all while working to improve quality and reduce defects. You will also interface with suppliers and customers concerning program quality requirements.
Responsibilities

Experience with quality assurance processes, especially in aerospace.Proficiency in AS9100, Mil-Std, and NASA Std.Strong background in root cause, preventative, and corrective action.Experience with non-conformance reports.Understanding of quality management systems.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Aerospace experience is preferred.Work Environment
You will work in a small company environment with 60 full-time employees, where the workspace is open and fosters a highly collaborative atmosphere.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $58.00/hr.
