Strong understanding of QA/automation best practices, methodologies Pega exp Healthcare exp - ideally Claims Experience working with large data sets Exp automating test scripts within a sprint Exp identifying and implementing team process improvements Exp gaining understanding of end user perspective and incorporating into test approach Exp working with developers, BAs to understand design, business need and create/modify test strategy Exp with Agile/Scrum; working in matrixed, team environment Dual QA/BA or QA/Dev Growth mindset
