In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Support Corrective Action/Preventive Action process to drive continuous improvement. Support Customer Quality Complaints (Warranty Claim) process to reduce internal processing time and achieve warranty approval metric, lead root cause identification and corrective action implementation for issues. Support first-article inspection process to ensure consistency from suppliers. Support supplier improvement communication activities. Support material verification and site quality testing activities. Lead internal process/quality audits. Lead supplier quality audits and assessments. Assure quality of all operations through conformance to internal/external requirements. Assist in making equipment and process decisions to support long-term business levels. Who You Are:

You acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems.   For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor Degree in engineering or other technical field. Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Solid digital literacy including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) and MS Outlook. Ability to travel up to 10%. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: A minimum of 2 years related experience in manufacturing or quality Knowledge of applicable codes and standards (ASME, ANSI, ISO 9000) Solid understanding of root cause analysis with the ability to mentor others. Strong interest in learning new processes. Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills required with ability to work as a team member.
