Your impact

As a Quality Assurance Engineer on the LoadRunner team at OpenText, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of one of the most widely used performance testing solutions worldwide. Your expertise in manual and automated testing will help drive high-quality standards, working closely with development and DevOps teams to enhance automation frameworks, validate code quality, and improve user experience.

 

What the role offers

 

Design, develop, and execute test plans and automation scripts for performance testing applications.Maintain and enhance the automated testing framework, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.Analyze issues related to the product and test environments, ensuring smooth releases.Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to review test results and resolve defects.Define and scope user scenarios to improve overall software quality and user experience.Research and implement new testing approaches to drive continuous improvement.

 

What you need to succeed

 

2+ years of experience in manual and automated QA testing.Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design, and defect tracking.Experience with Linux environments and scripting in JavaScript, C#.Hands-on knowledge of Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), Mocha, Chai, NUnit, and Git.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with an eye for detail.Excellent communication and analytical skills in English.Experience in Load Testing is a plus.
